Avani Petrochem Private Limited with its headquarters at BARODA, GUJARAT STATE, INDIA, was established in 1980 as small business enterprise. Under the guidance and leadership of Mr. Dipak Shah & Mr. Harsh Shah, promoter and CEO, the Company made steady progress for 37 Years.

In response to an appeal/invitation from the Government to Develop backward area and encouraged by incentives and subsidy (Cash, Sales Tax and Income Tax Holiday), it was established in backward area of Baska, Taluka Halol, in district of Panchmahals. It is about 40kms, away from Baroda City, on the state high way leading to Delhi via Godhra. Baroda City for skilled manpower and Bombay for the market. It has provided employment to local persons more than 75.

We are leading manufacturer of petroleum specialty products, mainly hydrocarbon solvents and oils, tailor made to the requirements of their industrial clients renowned in the vital field of polymers, rubber compounds, Mosquito repellants, ink oils, pesticides, aluminum sheet/film rolling, automotive lubricants and other fields of specialty application. In 30 years of its different categories to say aromatic rich, mixed aromatics, non-aromatics, pharmacopoeia grade, aiming quality products for the desired best performance, substituting the requirement of imports for many of their clients, contributing thus its share in the development of national economy. The company gained its strength through the developments and hard work of dedicated team of management and employees, of course with valuable co-operation from the clients.

Dearomatized ad Deodorized Products, Distillate to the requirement of mosquito repellent manufacture, aromatic rich solvents of specialty nature to the requirements from pesticide manufactures for better performance, without damaging the interest of their valuable customers and automotive lubricants (top performance at low price) are further examples of our success story in new product development.
